Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to couple all the input and output terminals in DC manner by connecting inductance or parallel resonance circuit at approximately center of the 1/4 wave length parallel line. CONSTITUTION:The inductances 24, 25 are connected at about center of the directional couplers 22 and 23 of the parallel line crossing at the center. The incoming wave from the terminal 26 is distributed to the terminals 27 and 28 and is fed to the amplifiers 30 and 31, and the amplified output is synthesized with the coupler 23 and is outputted from the terminal 33. The termination resistors 39 and 40 are conneted to the terminals 29 and 36, and DC bias is fed via the impedances 37 and 38. Since all the terminals of the couplers 22 and 23 are coupled in DC manner, the DC bias from the terminals 29 and 36 is fed to the amplifiers 30 and 31. Since isolation is made for the terminals 29 and 26 and the terminals 36, 33, the effect of the impedances 27 and 38 is not made almost to the terminals 26, 33. Accordingly, the wide band amplifying circuit can easily be realized.
