Abstract
PURPOSE: A resin composition having improved impact resistance without degrading heat resistance, comprising (A) a copolymer of an aromatic vinyl monomer and maleic anhydride, (B) a rubber-containing resin, and (C) an aromatic polycarbonate.
CONSTITUTION: (A) 15W90 parts by wt., preferably 30W80 parts by wt. of a thermoplastic resin obtained by copolymerizing 60W95 parts by wt. of an aromatic vinyl monomer, e.g. styrene, etc., and 40W5 parts by wt. of maleic anhydride is blended with (B) 80W5 parts by wt., preferably 60W20 parts by wt. of a thermoplastic resin obtained by copolymerizing two or more types of a methacrylate monmer, a vinyl cyanide monomer, e.g. acrylonitrile, etc., and an aromatic vinyl monomer, e.g. styrene, etc, in the presence of a rubber, e.g. diene rubber, and (C) 0W75 parts by wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate or/and an aromatic polyarylate. The total amount of (A), (B), and (C) is 100 parts by wt
