Abstract

PURPOSE:To grind in short period the inside of metal pipe by charging the pulsating which repeats non-acting zone and over non-acting zone. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of a cylindrical electrode 4 is covered by an insulator 6 and the electrode 4 is placed inside a metal pipe 1 for its free transferrence. The pipe 1 is connected to the positive pole and the electrode 4 to the negative pole respectively and after that an electrolyte 7 of the neutral salt mixed with a grinding particle 8 is forcibly fed to the pipe 1. Then, transferring the pulsating current repeating the non-acting zone and the over non-acting zone alternately is charged between the pipe 1 and the electrode 4 so as to grind the inside of the pipe 1 by the electrode flow and the friction of the grinding particle 8.
