Abstract
PURPOSE: To promote an improvement of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and flexibility, by applying a coating of synthetic resin layer, into which an excellently wear resistant material is mixed, on around inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the corrugated pipe partially used for armoring material.
CONSTITUTION: On around inner and outer circumferential surface of a corugated pipe 5, is being coated a syntheric resin layer 7 into which a material is put mixing for improving a property of wear resistance. It is suitable to use carborundum, alundum, alumina, etc. for the material, for improving the property of wear resistance, and to use vinyl choride for the synthetic resin. For instance, a tensile strengh unit 1 is made positioning in the center of cable, and made playing a role to withstand a tension applied to the cable, and in its periphery is arranged a line 2 for communication or power transmission. The outside of the line 2 will be covered by a housing 3, further with its outside covered by a seat bed 4 and the line 2 protected. In the outside of the seat bed 4, is araanged the corrugated pipe 5 with the coating made in such manner as described in the above, and to the outermost circumference is applied an external coating 6 made of synthetic resins
