Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the offset voltage as well as to facilitate an easy formation of integration by adding the emitter follwer to the base side of each trasistor of differential pairs. CONSTITUTION:The output terminal of the emitter follower is connected to each base of differential transistor Q1 and Q2, and at the same time emitter resistance Re1 and Re2 of Q1 and Q2 are used as the fixed resistances. Then the offset adjusting variable resistance is connected between the emitters of transistor Q3 and Q4, and the needle of VR is connected to power source -VEE. In such constitution, the current of the emitter follower is controlled through adjustment of VR, and accordingly the base potentioal of Q1 and Q2 can be varied. Thus, the offset between output voltage Vi1 and Vi2 can be solved easily.
