Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In steam generation equipment, a feed water control valve 55 is operated by a feed water control signal 61, a fuel conrol valve 52 is operated by a fuel control signal 62 and an air controller 58 is operated by an air control signal 63 to control the quantity of feed water, the quantity of fuel and the quantity of air respectively to generate a required quantity of steam. As for the fuel control, the fuel supply output is detected by a pressure detectinng switch 57 and the number of operated burners 54 is determined depending on the output. To improve the follow- up property of the boiler when the pressure switch 57 is on, a speed governing factor dependent on the load and the turbine rotational frequency is varied in response to the variation in the burner header pessure
