Abstract

PURPOSE:To readily produce a magnetic circuit of less leakage mangetic fluxes by stacking a yoke, magnet and center pole whose bonding faces are beforehand deposited with solders and flowing current between the yoke and center pole thereby fusion-bonding these. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 7 on whose top and bottom surface are beforehand deposited with solder 8, 8' and a center pole 9 of the same diameter as this are inserted into a cylindrical body 10 and these are stakced on the center of a pot type yoke 6. Next, when current is flown through the electrodes 11, 11' making contact with the bottom of the center pole 9 and yoke 6 from a power source 12, then the solders 8, 8' melt and when the supply of the current is stopped, the solders solidify, whereby the center pole 9 and magnet 7 and the magnet 7 and yoke 6 are firmly fixed. Removing the cylindrical body 10 readily completes the magnetic circuit for speakers of less leakage magnetic fluxes. The solders are merely requried to be deposited on one of the bonding faces of the center pole and magnet as well as the magnet and yoke.
