Abstract

PURPOSE: To save maintenance costs of resilient belt, by making the belt in a split type, thus enabling to repair or interchange only the damaged portion of the belt.
CONSTITUTION: The split type resilient belt of this invention is made of a plurality of short belts disposed continuously with predetermined intervals, and these short belts 2 of resilient material are connected with each other by rubber string 1 to form a continuous resilient belt. Further, a plurality of reinforcing rubber strings 1' are passed in each short belt 2, and cloth pads 4 are attached on the reinforcing rubber strings 1' to prevent vertical movement of the same. These resilient belts 2 are fixed to respective rubber string retaining metals 3 which are attached to driving chains 6 in respective rails 5 that are extended on both sides of the belt
