Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure the safety in the vicinity of the merging point of trains running on a track for the exclusive use of trains by providing stock train detecting means, train speed detecting means independently of a master control system to obtain the arriving times of the respective trains running on the respective tracks at the merging point thereby to control the trains running in the vicinity of the merging point.
