Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a static hydraulic power transmitting system, in which a pressure control valve and a changeover valve with orifice, on which discharge pressure of an auxiliary booster pump is acted as pilot pressure, are connected in a by-pass conduit connecting main conduits on both sides of a hydraulic motor, whereby it is enabled to start vehicle smoothly and to prevent creeping of the vehicle.
