In transporting the fuel assembly, each element is put in the container 5 and placed in the wrapper tube to compose the fuel assembly. Next the opening 10 is sealed after the medium such as air is filled for each element. The air is exhausted from the opening 10 before the transported assembly is installed on the reactor, the container 5 is taken from the wrapper tube and is completely removed.
