Abstract
PURPOSE: To make a direct current breaker at arbitrary time, by preventing the generation of overvoltage by mounting an overcurrent detector in series with a resistance for generating high-tension and by controlling a switch of a resistance circuit installed in parallel with said resistance by the detecting signals.
CONSTITUTION: A current transformer coil 18 is excited by means of a power source 14, an inductive energy storage coil 23 is excited by means of a power source 15, a direct current breaker 16 is made when each coil reaches set currents, high-tension is generated at both ends of a resistance 19 for generating high-tension and plasma currents are excited to a plasma circuit 13. Exciting currents flowing through the resistance 19 increase by making a direct current breaker 17 for controlling plasma, but a detector 21 detects the overcurrents, and a switching 22 connectes in series with a resistance 20 is made, thus keeping high-tension not more than set value.
