CONSTITUTION: A filter dechlorinizing device 23 is connected to the pipings of a cooling system through drain valves 20, 21 and a check valve 22. Dechlorinized water is extracted from an outlet of a filter dechlorinizing instrument 27, let pass through the drain valve 21 and the check valve 21, injected from one end of the pipings of the cooling system, let pass through the drain valve 20 and returned to the dechlorinizing device 23. Thus, water in the pipings is continually dechlorinization purified, and the need of washing in the pipings can be eliminated when the operation of a reactor is being suspended.
