Abstract

PURPOSE: A molding device designed to mold an article in a short line with a low energy, comprising separate steps of stock solution injection, heat-curing, and cooling, wherein the heat-curing is carried out in an efficient overhead steam oven.
CONSTITUTION: A mold filled with a stock solution in the injection step is carried by the conveyer 1, and lifted by a lift in the chamber 3, then heat-cured in the overhead steam oven 7. The mold is then lowered by a lift in the chamber 9 and cooled in the tank 10. The cooled mold is removed, and a solution is injected therein while being carried by the conveyor 15.
