Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure an easy correction for the right-left pincushion distortion of the raster by supplying the vertical synchronous parabola wave voltage to the DC output voltage error detection circuit and then controlling the switching element according to the output of the detection circuit to give the amplitude modulation to the horizontal deflecting current. CONSTITUTION:Switching transistor TrQ1 which is driven in the horizontal cycle is connected between the nonstabilized power source and the primary side of power supply transformer 3, and horizontal deflecting circuit 4 and smoothing circuit 5 of the pulse voltage are connected to the secondary side. Then the fluctuation of the DC output voltage drawn out from circuit 5 is detected 6 to give the variable control to the switching duty cycle. Here, the vertical synchronous parabola wave voltage is supplied to the input side of DC output voltage error detection circuit 6, and TrQ1 is controlled according to the output of circuit 6 to give the amplitude modulation to the horizontal deflecting current. Thus, the right-left pincushion distortion can be corrected easily.
