Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a heat conducting tube from deterioration of boiling heat conducting performance and also local condensation corrosion by making edge of hole of inwardly projecting members sticking out uniformly toward a heat conducting tube so that fluid sapces for inside fluid body are formed among the projecting members.
CONSTITUTION: A part of a tube-passing hole of a tube-supporting plate 2 is provided with at least 2 or more of projections 5 which are to support the heat conducting tube 1, and a surface 6 of the projection 5 supporting the heat conducting tube 1 is to be a plane contacting a circle which is a little larger than outside diameter of the heat conducting tube. An outside-of-tube fluid passage 3 is provided on a part of the tube-passing hole and between the projecting members 5, and a crevice 4" is formed between the heat conducting tube 1 and the supporting surface 6. In this mechanism, a gap of the crevice 4" is rapidly increased as it is kept away from the contacting point to facilitate flow into the crevice 4" so that depression of boiling heat conducting performance in the crevice 4" can be prevented and, at the same time, condensation of flow-containing impurities in the crevice and resultant inside corrosion of the crevice can also be prevented.
