Abstract

PURPOSE:To make practically an antenna unit of non-directivity to improve sensitivity by gathering plural directive antennas to form a synthetic pattern. CONSTITUTION:Antennas provided in prescribed positions are divided into plural groups by combining them at an interval over three antennas, and they are caused to function as a non-directivity antenna practically by switching successively the output in a prescribed speed after amplifying and detecting respective group units in 2 and 3 respectively. By this constitution, the number of high frequency amplifiers can be reduced, and the trouble dependent upon the interference of adjacent beams of directive antennas can be eliminated practically, so that a wide frequency band can be received with a high sensitivity in non-directivity throughout a desired range.
