Abstract
PURPOSE:To release the limitation of size and to reduce the cost, by constituting the noise filter through widing the three coils of primary, secondary and ternary on the high frequency magnet core forming a close magnetic path. CONSTITUTION:The rectifying diodes D17 and 18 and the electrolytic capacitors C19, 20 are connected to the power supply 15, and the noise filter 24 consisting of the coils 21, 22, 23 of primary, secondary and ternary is connected to the post stage. Three coils of the filter 24 are magnetically coupled with each other, avoiding the necessity of shield with the rectifying circuit consisting of D17, 18 and C19, 20 to release the size limit. The filter 24 is made that three conductors 26 to 28 having insulation film are twisted in advance as one cnductor and it is wound on the high frequency core 25 to constitute the coils 21, 22, 23 of primary, secondary and ternary. Thus, it is remarkably advantageous in the productivity and the cost can be decreased.
