Abstract
PURPOSE: To let weighing of a fixed volume of granualr material to be continuously accomplished by forming the weighing volume by the tubular member fixed to a movable frame which is movable in vertical directions with respect to a stationary frame as well as upper and lower shutters.
CONSTITUTION: E.g. pellets sufficient for keeping a volume 20 constantly filled are being supplied to a hopper 3 which is fixed in a frame 1 where a shutter 4 is held closed while weighing is being cosntrolled only by a level gauge irrespective of the timings of the weighing. When the shutter 4 where a release shutter 14 is held closed opens, the pellets in the hopper 3 faills into the volume 20, thence the shutter 4 is closed, whereby weighing is accomplished. Thereupon, the release shutter 14 is opened by suitably matching the timing to release the weighed pellets from a chute 11. After a fixed time, the release shutter 14 is reclosed and the shutter 4 is opened to supply the pellets into the volume 20 and the above operations are repeated.
