CONSTITUTION: This method is composed of a dimension measuring device, a density measuring device 4 and a radiation measuring device 5. The thickness of a vessel 1 and those t1, t2 and tu of an uranium are ultrasonically measured by the device 5 and the density Pu is determined from the atenuation ratio of the radiation by means of the device 4. The number of uranium 235 naturally disintegrated is measured with the device 5 and the mass of the uranium is analyzed per unit volume by a density arithmetic element 6. From the result and the quantity of uranium-235 analyzed based on the number of uranium-235 naturally disintegrated, the ratio and concentration of the uranium 235 can be determined.
