Abstract

PURPOSE: To make possible the straightening at comparatively good accuracy, by detecting the amount of straightening for the material to be straightened before applying the straightening load, at straightening the material to be straightened, and by measuring the proportional factor of the material to be straightened, after applying a specified load.
