Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The coating in storage tank 5 is fed into coating tank 1 by pump 4 and simultaneoysly high-frequency vibration with 1 MHz or high frequency is applied to vibration element 2 set to the bottom of tank 1, thus atomizing and fluidizing the coating. The pressurized air flow is fed from nozzle 6 to spray fluidized coating particles 7 from nozzle 8, thus effecting coating. Further, when discharge between electrodes 10 and 9 on nozzle 8 is made to charge the coating particles, the atomizing effect is increased and the flying distance is shortened, thus forming uniform coating films.
