Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable small abnormalities to be detected by directly measuring the distribution of the pressures working on a die.
CONSTITUTION: The signals of load convertors 6aW6d are fed to integrators 14aW 14d through amplifiers 10aW10d and waveform convertors 12aW12d at each stage of press process. The output signals of said integrators 14aW14d are compared with reference signals by comparators 16aW16d. An inspection lamp 26 or a warning lamp 28 is lighted or a relay contact 30 is opened dependent on the result of this comparison. The number of said load convertors can be increased to improve abnormality detection sensitivity.
