Abstract

Said extremely fine powder slurry supplies is classified while vibrated by the vibrator 5 and ultrasonic oscillator 13 attached on said screen group 7. A valve Vp is provided on each of said small opening screens A to open and to close the outflow passage thereof for automatically taking out said extremely fine powder slurry classified.
