Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate the demounting of a dovetail, by covering an outer circumference of a pin, which is pierced in order to fit a moving vane provided with the dovetail with a fork shape to a rotor disc, with heat insulating materials, and by mounting a cooling hole to the inside of said pin.
CONSTITUTION: An outer circumferential portion of a pin 6 is covered with heat insulating materials 7, a through hole 8 for cooling is installed to an axial core portion and a portion material 9 for stopping the hole 8 is fastened to the both end portions. When removing a moving vane 1, the stop portion material 9 of the cooling hole 8 of the pin 6 is detached, the pin 6 is cooled by flowing fluids with extreme low temperature, such as, liquid nitrogen, etc. in the hole 8, its volume is easily contracted, the constraint of the pin 6 and the pin hole 8 is released and the pin 6 can easily be taken out from the pin hole 8.
