Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce metal amount used and enable forming of a reinforcement rod into any desired shape by making the rod hollow.
CONSTITUTION: Plura connection portions 3 are provided between a central ground belt portion 1 and side end ground belt portions 2. The conncetion portions 3 are fitted with reinforcement shoes 5 which engage drive and play sprockets. Reinforcement rods 6 extending laterally from the central ground belt portion 1 to the side end ground belt portions 2 through the conncetion portion 3 are embedded in the track. The rod 6 is hollow and has a substantially smooth configuration in its middle portion, by the cross sectional figure can be varied easily in its forming process. Because the rod 6 is hollow, the amount of metal used for the track is reduced and the shape of the rod can be changed according to the pattern of the track.
