Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease an amount of air used for transportation, by reserving in a tank separately air for transport use and air for bridge protection use in the case of grained substance being transported by means of a pressure tank.
CONSTITUTION: Air nozzles 2 are located at an inclinded lower part of a pressure tank 1 so that air can be injected downward along the inclined plane, and a transport pipe 6 is connected with a bottom end of the tank. A tank 11, which is connected with a pressured air supply source through a duct 10, is connected with branch pipes 13 W 15 through a pipe 12. Each branch pipe has an automatic cut valve and a flow adjustable valve. A valve 13a is closed as a result of a bridge being disenergized when a pressure sensor 16 placed in the tank 1 works due to a drop in the pressure 7 in the tank, and only the volume of the pressure air being most suitable to the liquidization can be passed through a pipe 14.
