Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve operation efficiency, by cutting cennecting bridge parts at the positions of motor-plate fastening on fixed plates formed as integral parts of fitting bases, by means of a tapping scrw joint via motor supporting elements, and by moving the fixed plates to the motor fitting positions for swivel-fastening.
CONSTITUTION: Large openings 12 and 13 and narrow openings 14 and 15 are provided on bases 2 and 3 on which motor 4 is to be mounted. Rectangular fixed plates 16 and 14, which are screw-fitted to tapping screws 24 and 25 inside openings 12 and 13, are formed as integral parts of bases 2 and 3 via narrow connecting bridge parts 18 and 19. Supporting pieces 20 and 21 of motor 4 are mounted on fixed plates 16 and 17, and tapping screws 24 and 25 are screwed in. Then, the motor, being disconnected with connecting bridge parts 18 and 19, becomes free to move. Hence, tapping screw 24 is moved along long hole 14 with tapping screw as supporting point and is fixed by adjusting the tension of belt 11. At this time, since fixed plates 16 and 17 are brought into contact with the rising wall surfaces 2' and 3' and swivel-fastened there, it is possible to fix motor 4 easily by the screwing of the tapping screws only.
