Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable even the physically handicapped person to operate various types of apparatus by varying the muscle action by providing the electrode to extract the electro myologic potential signal, the circuit to generate plural reference signal and the comparator to give a comparison between the myologic potential signal and the reference signal.
CONSTITUTION: The mylogic potential extraction electrodes are sticked to the arm and the like with a fixed space between, and the myologic potential signal is amplified through the FET differential amplifier to be then made to pass through BPF which detectes the noise. The output signal of the BPF is made to pass through the absolute value circuit to convert the negative component into the positive component with the positive component given no conversion. The output of the absolute value circuit is smoothed through the primary delay circuit, and the output of the delay circuit is compared with the plural signals given from the reference signal generator circuit through the comparator to generate the different machine operation signals according to the reference signal larger than the signal of the delay circuit. The scale of the myological potential signal is determined by the muscle action state based on the will of the worker, thus the machine operation signals can be obtained according to the plural reference signals which are preset by the will of the worker.
