Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent or remove extranous substance without using a heat source by discharging hot water through the outlet of a condenser to immerse periodically.

CONSTITUTION: The section A of a condensor 1 is connected with a hot drain discharging pipe 22a with a hot drain discharging main valve 11 and the section B of it is connected with a hot drain discharging pipe 22b with a hot drain discharging main valve 12, which are connected to a hot drain charging pump 15 by a communication pipe 22. A communication pipe 23 connects the hot drain charging pump 15 with each of a hot drain charging pipe 23a with a hot drain charging main valve 13 and a hot drain charging pipe 23b with a hot drain charging main valve 14, which is relatively communicated with cooling water feed pipes 16, 17. With the valves 3, 9, 10, 12, 13, 31 closed, and the valves 30, 5 to 8, 11, 14, opened, circulation water pump 1 and a hot drain charging pump 15 are operated to let hot drain from the exit of the section A through the hot drain charging pump 15 into a cooling water feed pipe 17. The drain is mixed with the hot drain from the exit of the section A in through the valve 87 and fed through the cooling water drain pipe 19 away in a diversion channel 21 so that lodged extranous substance in the cooling water feed pipe 17 of the section B can be prevented to create or removed.
