Abstract

A temperature regulating means 48 for maintaining the surface temperature of the carrier 17 at above the specified temperature is constituted by an element 47 detecting the internal temperature of the liquid developing means and a heating element 46 actuated when the surface temperature of the carrier 17 is below the specified.
