Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain superficial material having various width dispensable with connection in such a way that a sheet of continuous exothermic element is provided with notched parts to be bent at their residual parts.
CONSTITUTION: A superficial exothermic material A is constituted in such a way that in concurrence of continuously forming electrical heat wire 2 serpentiningly on a superficial exothermic element 1 with overlaying insulating layers 3 on both sides, those outer surfaces are overlayed with superficial materials, such as carpet or another superficially formed by fiber material. And without cutting the exothermic wire 2, notched parts 5 are provided in T letter shape only on the insulating layers 3, changing the direction of the superficial exothermic element 1 by bending notched residual parts 6 for changing the arrangement. In consequence, this facilitates to easily obtain the superficial exothermic material A having various width dispensing with connecting several sheets of superficial exothermic elements as before, to be made the connecting work non-essential. Figures (a) to (c) denote the bending order of the superficial exothermic material 1.
