CONSTITUTION:Through new outputs of the gain adjuster 7 supplied to the servo amplifier F1 to F4, the F1 to F4 change gain by adding the reduction forces of the load cell D1 to D4 through the counters E1 to E4, and the servo controls of the servo valves H1 to H4 by the reduction cylinder displacements from the detector's edges G1 to G4. This process reduces each tension variation between the electric reduction stands A2 and A3, between the electric reduction stand A3 and the oil pressure stand B1, between the oil pressure stands B1 and B2, B2 and B3, and B3 and B4.
