Abstract

PURPOSE: To protect the core reliably, to reduce the size and to stabilize the quality by injecting and hardening the flexible synthetic resin in the synthetic resin mold surrounding the core then forming the coil and the core integrally.
CONSTITUTION: The coil 11 molded with high temperature hardening epoxy resin 18 has such structure as to cover both sides and the bottom of the core 12 and other two sides has a hole for inserting the core 12, then after fitting the core 12 in said hole the metal mold 16 is fitted to any one of holes in the front or rear of coil 11 and the coil 11 is laid such that the other core exposed portion faces upward. Then the assembly of core 12 surrounded with said laid coil 11 and the metal mold 16 is molded with a flexible and normal temperature hardening epoxy resin 19 to burry the core 12, and after hardening the metal mold 16 is removed. Consequently the core is reliably protected, the size can be reduced and the quality can be stabilized.
