Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate the workability and enhance the precision of humid gas determination, by forming a collecting apparatus for measurement of humid gas in trace of atmosphere by integrating a dust collecting apparatus and a humid gas capturing apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: A dust filter 4 made from tetrafluoroethylene resin having pore diameter of 0.3 to 10 μ, and a chemical impregnated (coated) filter 5 impregnated (coated) with a chemical capable of chemically adsorbing and collecting acidic components and alkaline components are opposedly provided across a holder funnel 3, and a holder cap 6 and a holder base 7 are disposed on the both sides, and the entire assembly is tightened with a locking base 8 and a locking cap 9 to constitute a collecting apparatus. When using this apparatus, the atmosphere is sucked in the arrow direction, and dust is captured and removed by the filter 4, and the acidic components and alkaline components in gas phase are collected by the chemical impregnated filter 5, from which the components are extracted, and traces of humid gas in the atomsphere are analyzed.
