At this time, the secondary air, flown into the fine crushing chamber 6 from air holes 7, applies directly on the crushing area, effectively separating and atracting the newly crushed material produced from the crushing, separating fine particles from rough particles, allowing no fine particles to stay, and discharging them toward the discharge port 3. Thus, no excessive crushing takes place.
