Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an unsaturated 1,4-glycol diester with high conversion and high selectivity by the reaction of a conjugated diene, carboxylic acid and O2 in the presence of a Rh-and/or Te-supported solid catalyst which is prepared by use of the nitric acid solution.
