PURPOSE: To remove moisture from gas in an entity of a machine effectively im short time by providing a change over valve at an entrance and an exit of a moisture remover cylinder which return a gas to a machine after removal of moisture by a fan within a machine, and by connecting the moisture remover cylinder and a blower in series with a connecting tubing of a spraying tube within the machine and a hydrogen and carbon dixide gas cylinder.
