Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a method of operating a stacker crane, in which a stacker crane having more than two sets of forks juxtaposed in parallel in the direction of its travel is arranged to be capable of reciprocating in the direction parallel with the length of shelves, thereby enabling twice the double of cycle operation, so that efficiency of operation and equipment are improved.
