Abstract
PURPOSE:To form granular or fibrous slag with high uniformity and to improve cooling effect by scattering molten slag by means of the rotation of a slag pan and by spouting gas for high speed cooling in the direction crossing that of the molten slag scattered from the under surface of the slag pan.
