SOLUTION: A substantially rectangular frame-like mount frame 2 is installed between a pair of right and left side members 1 provided on the front of the car body of a hybrid powered vehicle. In the mount frame 2, a power generating engine 10 is fixed on a support plate 9 fitted to the upper end part of an upward projected post 6 through mount rubbers 7, 8 at the front and rear parts thereof, and a cylindrical power generator 11 is fixed to the side of the engine 10. The side end face of the power generator 11 is fitted to the upper end part of the post 12 projected on the side part of the mount frame 2 through a mount rubber 18.
