Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably recover not only oils with relatively small specific gravity but also oils whose viscosity has become high, and scum by rotating a scraping-up means following the rotation of a driving part supporting a main float and housing the driving part in a perfectly closed casing. SOLUTION: When floating matter such as scum and dust exists together with oils in a liquid 3, the liquid is hard to flow into recovery pipes 5a, 5b through an aperture part of a flowing in barrage 8 and the liquid is led to V-shaped grooves in both sides and the floating matter gathered in the upper parts is forcibly scraped up by rotating scraping blades of a scraping means 12 by a driving part, so that the floating matter ascends along the tilting faces of the V-shaped grooves and together with the floating oils, the floating matter is introduced into the recovery pipes 5a, 5b to be recovered. Moreover, since the driving part comprising a motor as a driving source and a rotary disk fixed in the output shaft are housed in respective rooms which are completely closed in a casing 44, this apparatus can sufficiently be used even in manholes, in dampened sites such as under the floor, on ships which are easy to be wetted with water.

2. Description of the Related Art Various types of recovery devices for recovering liquid such as scum in food factories and floating oil in steel factories have been proposed and put to practical use. Most of these conventional devices have a structure in which an inflow weir having an opening through which the liquid flows into the recovery pipe is floated on the liquid surface by a float, and the liquid containing light oil having a specific gravity is occupied. Is guided from the opening into the recovery pipe over the inflow weir.

However, these liquid recovery devices have no problem in recovering a liquid containing oil having a low specific gravity due to their structure. However, such liquid recovery devices have a high viscosity such as oil and scum. At the time of recovery, there was a problem that it was caught by the opening of the inflow weir and could not be recovered very well.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the sub flow is loosely fitted to the outer periphery of the recovery pipe having the inflow port supported by the main float and provided to float on the liquid. Since the inflow weir is provided so as to float on the liquid supported by the liquid, the liquid level of the liquid fluctuates due to the wind or the like and changes, and even if the recovery pipe moves, the opening of the inflow weir follows the flow and responds. be able to.

In addition, by the scraping means provided at a position facing the opening of the inflow weir, floating substances such as scum and dust can be scraped together with the floating oil by the scraping means and always reliably collected in the collecting pipe. it can. Since the scraping means is configured to rotate indirectly following the rotation of the drive unit supported by the main float, dust or the like is caught by the scraping means and cannot be rotated. Also, it is possible to prevent the drive section from burning out.

Further, since the drive section is housed in a completely sealed casing, it can sufficiently withstand use even in a manhole section, a humid place under the floor, a ship on which water is exposed, and the like. it can.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the inflow weir has an opening whose central portion has a throttle shape, and a V-shaped groove is formed outward in the throttle portion of the opening. Since the valleys of the V-shaped groove are formed in a gradient that rises as approaching the opening, floating substances such as scum and dust are floated together with the floating oil guided into the V-shaped groove. It can be smoothly guided along the inclined surface of the groove, over the inflow weir, into the recovery pipe, and recovered.
