ケース本体の下面を覆うようにして嵌合装着される箱状
のカバー体とからなり、該カバー体の一側下部の導入口
から導入された電線束の端部に装着された可動側コネク
タを、上記ケース本体の下面に配設された固定側コネク
タに嵌合して電線接続部を構成してなる電気接続箱にお
ける電線接続部の組付構造であって、 上記カバー体に導入された電線束に、長さ方向に沿って
弾性部材よりなる規制部材を固定し、該規制部材におけ
る上記導入口側の一端に係止突起を下方突設すると共
に、該係止突起をカバー体の底壁に形成した係止孔に係
止固定し、上記規制部材の他端を自由端として固定側コ
ネクタに嵌合された可動側コネクタの各電線をカバー体
の底壁側へ付勢して電線の弛みを吸収する構成としてい
ることを特徴とする電気接続箱における電線接続部の組
付構造。

上記規制部材の自由端側をカバー体の底壁側への付勢力
に抗して電線束と一体的に上方へ弾性屈曲させて、可動
側コネクタをカバー体の上部外方へ引き出して固定側コ
ネクタに嵌合接続し、ついでケース体の下面にカバー体
を嵌合すると共に、上記電線束を規制部材と一体的にカ
バー体の底壁側へ弾性復帰させて電線の弛みを吸収する
ようにしていることを特徴とする電気接続箱における電
線接続部の組付方法。
