The heat insulating base formed by the heat insulating panel as described above tends to cause dew condensation at the boundary between the structural face material and the hard organic foam particularly in winter.
Therefore, the strength of the structural face material was apt to decrease due to corrosion. In addition, the boundary between the panel and the frame tends to be a thermal bridge, which is a weak point of heat insulation, and furthermore, the air containing moisture from inside and outside of a building or a building is apt to penetrate, and is a place where dew condensation easily occurs.

In the heat insulating panel of the present invention, by forming a heat insulating layer on both the front and back surfaces of the plate, dew condensation does not occur at the boundary between the plate and the heat insulating layer throughout the four seasons. Further, since the heat insulating base of the present invention arranges the auxiliary heat insulating material between the surface heat insulating layers of the adjacent heat insulating panels, the surface heat insulating layer and the auxiliary heat insulating material form a continuous heat insulating layer on the outer surface of the building frame. This eliminates the need for a thermal bridge that reduces heat insulation performance, and improves heat insulation.
Further, a portion extending outward from the edge of the front heat insulating layer of the front sheet is attached to the surface of the auxiliary heat insulating material disposed between the adjacent heat insulating panels, and further, the back heat insulating layer of the back sheet is provided. The portion extending outward from the edge of the building is brought into close contact with the heat-insulating panel and the adjacent skeleton, so that air or moisture containing much moisture from the outside and inside of the structure is located at the boundary between the heat-insulating panel and the skeleton. Infiltration can be prevented, and the occurrence of dew condensation at the boundary between the heat insulating panel and the skeleton can be prevented. In addition, the auxiliary heat insulating material, a hard heat insulating portion having a long rectangular shape and substantially the same thickness as the surface heat insulating layer, and a soft heat insulating portion having a fixed elasticity attached to both sides of the hard heat insulating portion, By compressing and fitting the soft heat insulating portion between the hard heat insulating portion and the surface heat insulating layer, the heat insulating property between the surface heat insulating layer and the hard heat insulating portion, the airtightness is improved, and the heat insulating property of the heat insulating base, Improve airtightness.

When the heat insulating base D is formed, it is difficult to ensure complete airtightness at the joint between the heat insulating panel A and the frame C near the joint β.
As shown by a dashed-dotted arrow and a dashed-dotted arrow in FIG. 8, which is an enlarged view of the portion b of (a), a path through which air inside and outside of the construct flows may occur. That is, when the air conditioner is used in the summer, the warm air containing much moisture outside the structure enters the plate 1 through the path shown by the two-dot chain line arrow, that is, from the gap between the auxiliary heat insulating material B and the surface heat insulating layer 2. Then, since the temperature in the vicinity of the plate material 1 is lower than that of the outside of the structure, dew condensation easily occurs in the same location. In addition, during the use of heating in winter, when warm air containing a large amount of moisture in the structure enters the plate member 1 through the path indicated by the dashed-dotted arrow, that is, from the gap between the frame C and the back heat insulating layer 5, Since the temperature in the vicinity of the plate material 1 is lower than that in the inside of the structure, dew condensation is likely to occur at the same location.

However, when an airtight material is used for the front sheet material 3, since the attached portion 4 is attached to the auxiliary heat insulating material B, the outside of the building at the boundary between the heat insulating panel A and the frame C is Block the entrance path of the air from the outside and prevent the infiltration of the moisture-containing air outside the structure, thereby contributing to the prevention of the occurrence of dew condensation on the boundary between the heat insulating panel A and the frame C. When a breathable moisture-proof sheet is used for the front sheet material 3,
By attaching the attached portion 4 to the auxiliary heat insulating material B, the passage of moisture from the outside of the building to the boundary between the heat insulating panel A and the skeleton C is blocked, and even if air outside the building is infiltrated, the moisture is not absorbed. Since the penetration is prevented, it contributes to the prevention of the occurrence of dew condensation on the boundary between the heat insulating panel A and the skeleton C.

Similarly, when a material having airtightness is used for the back sheet-like material 6, the close contact portion 7 is in close contact with the adjacent skeleton C, so that the boundary between the heat insulating panel A and the skeleton C can be seen from inside the structure. Block the air infiltration path and prevent the moisture-containing air inside the structure from entering.
Contributes to the prevention of the occurrence of dew condensation on the boundary between the body and the skeleton C. When a breathable moisture-proof sheet is used for the back sheet material 6,
The close contact of the contact portion 7 with the adjacent skeleton C closes the path of moisture from the inside of the building to the boundary between the heat insulating panel A and the skeleton C, so that even if air inside the building is allowed to penetrate, moisture does not enter. This prevents the occurrence of dew condensation on the boundary between the heat insulating panel A and the skeleton C.

The attachment of the attachment portion 4 to the surface of the auxiliary heat insulating material B can be performed by using an adhesive or the like.
As shown in (b), by pressing down with the waist edge 31, no gap is formed between the adhered portion 4 and the auxiliary heat insulating layer B. In addition, an adhesive, a pin, a nail, or the like is used for the close contact between the close contact portion 7 and the skeleton C.
As shown in (b), by sandwiching between the skeleton C and the interior material 33, the adhesion between the skeleton C and the contact portion 7 can be further improved.

As described above, the heat insulation panel of the present invention has:
By forming the heat insulating layer on both the front and back surfaces of the plate, dew condensation does not occur on the boundary between the plate and the heat insulating layer throughout the four seasons. By attaching the adhered portion to the surface of the auxiliary heat insulating material arranged between the adjacent heat insulating panels, and further bringing the close contact portion into close contact with the skeleton adjacent to the heat insulating panel,
It is possible to prevent air or moisture containing much moisture from the outside and inside of the structure from entering the boundary between the heat insulating panel and the skeleton, and to prevent dew condensation at the boundary between the heat insulating panel and the skeleton. The auxiliary heat insulating material is composed of a long rectangular hard heat insulating portion having substantially the same thickness as the surface heat insulating layer, and a fixed and elastic soft heat insulating portion attached to both sides of the hard heat insulating portion. By compressing and fitting the part between the hard insulation part and the surface insulation layer, the heat insulation and airtightness between the surface insulation layer and the hard insulation part are improved, and the heat insulation and airtightness of the heat insulation base are improved. Can be improved. There are features and effects such as.
