【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は授乳困難を起こす乳腺炎などの母乳治療手技修
得のための教材としての新規な***模型に関するもの
で、その目的とするところは母乳治療手技を修得するに
当り、人体では実習不可能なため、その代替として正し
い基礎的手技操作を修得し得る***模型を提供しようと
するものである。この目的のために、本発明は円形基板
上に乳頭を有する***様に形どられた軟質のシリコンゴ
ムで外装部を形成する。その内部には伸縮と弾性を有す
るEPDM系ゴムスポンジを上下2層にし、更にその上
にポリウレタン用スポンジを包着させ乳腺体部を構成す
る。上記乳腺体の特徴は***基底部近傍と乳頭近傍の伸
縮度及び弾性度に差をもうけ、母乳***の実体とほゞ同
じ感覚を受ける様に作成したものである。又、硬質のシ
リコンゴムで正方形土台を形成し、上記乳腺体部と固着
させ、位置の安定化を計り、ある程度の平坦さがあれば
どんな場所でも使用可能である。更に、この乳腺体部の
周縁を略3等分して区分表示し、更に各区分をそれぞれ
3等分に区分したものを正方形土台に表示する構成を特
徴とするものである。以下、本発明を第1図から第3図
に示す。一実施例に基づいて説明する。第1図は本発明
に係る***模型の一例での正面図、第2図は投影図、第
3図は第1図のIII−III線に沿った断面である。
乳腺体部の表皮1の部分は厚み”1.0±0.5mm”
を有する軟質のシリコンゴムで形成されており、更に頭
部中央部にφ1.5mmの実体の軟質シリコンゴムより
成る乳頭5が付着しており、又乳輪7はパンティストッ
キングを固着し、構成されている。乳腺体部の内部には
EPDM系E4088ゴムスポンジ高さ10mm円錐台
3をおき、その上に同質材料のゴムスポンジ高さ15m
mの円錐2をおき、更に上記ゴムスポンジの周辺部6に
はポリウレタン用スポンジを包着させ、全体として乳腺
体部に実際の***とほゞ同程度の伸縮と弾性を有する乳
腺体部が形成される。次に、以上のように構成した乳腺
体部8を多少大きさが異なるが、略3等分して各区分9
をA,B,Cとして表示し、さらに各区分9をそれぞれ
3等分して各区分を1,2,3として表示する。このよ
うに乳腺体部周縁8を略3等分し、さらに各区分を3等
分してそれらの各区分をA,B,Cと1,2,3により
正方形土台4に表示したのは***治療手技を実習する場
合にその手技操作を順序正しく修得することが出来るよ
うにしたものである。又、硬質のシリコンゴムで正方形
土台4を形成し、上記乳腺体部と固着させ、どんな状態
のところでも母乳治療手技修得が可能となる。弾力性を
維持することを目的として、正方形土台4の中央部に1
mmの穴を開ける。上記構成の***模型は、そのA部が
患者の首方(***上縁)に位置し、B部は、右***では
内側縁、左***では外側縁となり、C部では右***の外
側縁、左***では内側縁になる。一例として、右***の
***の押し上げを簡単に説明すると、左右の母指の指先
をC−1部に置き、左母指小球の尾方に右母指小球を重
ねるようにあて、右手橈側全体に力を入れる。このと
