ような徘徊者（徘徊老人）のケア−は、徘徊者がどこに
行くかわからないこと、一旦外出したら自分の力で戻る
ことができないために連れ戻すことが困難なこと、家族
が一日中目を離すことができないことなど、徘徊者本人
だけではなく、その家族の肉体的且つ精神的な負担は極

においては、ナビゲ−ションホスト局８のモニタ−画面
８ａ上に位置表示するものなので、ナビゲ−ションホス
ト局８の職員が間接的に保護者２である家族に徘徊老人
５の位置をＦＡＸなどで知らせることはできるが、この
システムを個人的に独占使用することはできず、このシ
ステムでは個人がいつでも自由に使用することは実質的
