Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decrease in the draining capacity resulting from differential settlement of soft soil or shocks brought when reclaiming soil is placed. SOLUTION: One side of smaller diameter water permeable members 12 is inserted in one side of larger diameter water-permeable members 11 so as to freely slide and connect each other to be relatively transferable and form an extensible draining material 10 by use of a number of water-permeable members 11, 12 which are formed permeable and cylindrical at the peripheral part (external wall part). This extensible draining material 10 is horizontally buried in a sand mat 5 between a soft ground 3 and a reclaimed soil, in a contracted state. The extensible draining material 10 is stretched to follow up the ground without breaking passages so that the water-permeable members 11, 12 slide mutually against differential settlement or the like of the soft ground 3 and the separated parts of the sand mat 5 are mutually connected to each other through the extensible draining material 10.

One end of the large diameter water permeable member 11 is slidable on one end side of the small diameter water permeable member 12. Has been inserted. Also, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, at the ends of the water-permeable members 11 and 12, inwardly and outwardly engaging stopper portions 11a and 12a that are engaged with each other are fixed. Further, a sediment inflow prevention member 19 is mounted in a gap between the retaining portion 11a of the water permeation member 11 and the outer peripheral surface of the water permeation member 12, and the sediment inflow prevention member 19 is made of an elastic material such as sponge. , 12 slide, the water permeable member 12 slides. As shown in FIG. 1, flange-shaped connecting portions 11b and 12b are fixed to the other ends of the water-permeable members 11 and 12, respectively.
2 is fixed to the end. The retaining portions 11a and 12a are formed integrally with the peripheral wall portion, and after the water permeable member 12 is inserted into the water permeable member 11, the connection portions 11b and 1a are formed.
2b is fixed to the peripheral wall.

The stretchable drain member 20 is in a stretchable state that is not fully stretched, that is, a large-diameter water-permeable member 21.
When the soft ground is largely unequally settled due to compaction by embedding the small-diameter water-permeable member 22 in a contracted state in which most of the small-diameter water-permeable members 22 are inserted, the fluctuation of each embedding point in each part of the extendable drain material 20 Accordingly, the small-diameter water-permeable member 22 is pulled out from the large-diameter water-permeable member 21 and extends as needed while maintaining the communication state of the flow path.
Therefore, it is possible to appropriately follow the fluctuation of the soft ground,
Even if the sand mat is divided, the divided portions of the sand mat are communicated with each other via the extendable drain material 20, and can be drained from the soft ground even after uneven settlement.

Further, the extendable drain material according to the present invention comprises:
It is composed of a plurality of water-permeable members having a flow path that is open at both ends and communicates in the longitudinal direction, and a part or all of which has a water-permeable outer wall portion. By movably connected, the water-permeable member is relatively moved, and is formed to be extendable in the longitudinal direction while maintaining the communication state of the flow path, so that it can be extended on the soft soil or in the soft soil in the stretchable state. By burying horizontally, it is possible to extend the water without crushing the flow path and to follow the fluctuation of the buried portion with respect to uneven settlement or the like.

Further, the water permeable member is formed into a cylindrical shape having both ends opened, and the end of one water permeable member is slidably inserted into the end of the other water permeable member so as to be connected.
Alternatively, the water-permeable member is preferably connected by connecting the end of the water-permeable member to the end of the joint member in a slidable manner through a plurality of tubular joint members having both ends opened. It can be connected to be relatively movable.
