Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the flatness of an internal surface and shorten a process by a method wherein a film of synthetic resin material for molding a core is molded uniformly so as to remain on the inside of a hollow molded form after melting and removing a predetermined amount of the core. SOLUTION: A core 4 for molding a hollow part 3 of a hollow molded form 1 is formed of a synthetic resin material and the core 4 is set in a molding die 10 to form a cavity 11 around the core 4. A synthetic resin material, having a melting point higher than that of the synthetic resin material for molding the core, is injected out of an injection port 12 into the cavity 11. Next, a predetermined amount of the core 4 is molten and removed by heating the core at a temperature lower than the melting point of an injection molded form and higher than the melting point of the core 4, then, gas or liquid is injected into the space at a temperature lower than the melting point of the core 4. The remaining resin of the molten core is pushed against the inside of the hollow molded form 1 by the injection of the pressure fluid whereby a uniform film 2 remains on the internal surface of the molded form 1.

Conventionally, the melted core resin has been completely removed so that the core resin does not remain on the inner surface of the hollow molded product and the inner surface does not become uneven. Process and time were required. Also, when the injection molding material is injected into the cavity around the core, the core is slightly melted by the heat of the resin material at the time of injection, so that minute irregularities are generated on the inner surface of the molded product after the core is removed. .

In a hollow molded article 1 as shown in FIG. 1, a core 4 for forming a hollow portion 3 is molded from a synthetic resin material, and the core 4 is set in a molding die 10 to form a core. A cavity 11 is formed around 4. A synthetic resin material having a higher melting point than the synthetic resin material for core molding is injected from the injection port 12 into the cavity 11. After the injection molding, an injection molded product having the core 4 built therein is taken out. The removed material is heated at a temperature lower than the melting point of the injection molded product and higher than the melting point of the core 4 to melt and remove a predetermined amount of the core 4 (see FIG. 3). The heating and melting of the core 4 is performed in a heating furnace, the molten resin of the core 4 is dropped by its own weight, and a certain amount of melting and removal is performed.
That is, when the state shown in FIG. 4 is reached, the gas or liquid is injected at a temperature lower than the melting point of the core 4 at a constant pressure. By the injection of the pressure fluid, the resin remaining in the molten core is pressed against the inner surface of the hollow molded article 1, and a uniform coating 2 remains on the inner surface of the molded article 1.

In place of the fluid injection, a smooth surface can be formed on the remaining resin by, for example, putting a hose into the hollow portion 3 and flowing the fluid. Although the temperature of the fluid jetted or flown into the hollow portion 3 is set to be equal to or lower than the melting point of the core 4, the fluid may be jetted or poured while melting the core 4 at a temperature higher than the melting point.

As described above, according to the present invention, a synthetic resin material having a higher melting point than a synthetic resin material for molding a core is formed in a molding die by using a core molded of a synthetic resin material. In a synthetic resin hollow molded product obtained by melting and removing the core after injection molding, a coating of the synthetic resin material for core molding is uniformly formed on the inner surface of the hollow molded product after a predetermined amount of the core is melted and removed. As a result, the inner surface does not become uneven and smoothness can be ensured. Also, a step of molding a core for molding the hollow portion with a synthetic resin material, a step of setting the core in a molding die and forming a cavity around the core, A step of injecting a synthetic resin material having a melting point higher than that of the core molding synthetic resin material, and taking out the core and the injection molded article after the injection molding, and heating at a temperature lower than the melting point of the injection molded article or higher than the melting point of the core. A step of leaving a coating of the core-forming synthetic resin material on the hollow inner surface of the molded article by melting and removing a predetermined amount of the core, a step of completely removing the resin of the core becomes unnecessary, and The smoothness of the inner surface of the molded product can be ensured, and the hollow molded product can be molded at low cost. Further, in the case where the pressure fluid is jetted to the hollow inner surface of the molded article after the core is melted and removed to leave a film of the synthetic resin material for core molding, the smoothness of the film is further improved.
