Claims (5)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 複数本の主鉄筋を平行に所定ピッチで平
面的に配設し保持してなる鉄筋ユニットの組立方法にお
いて、 十字に交差する第1鉄筋嵌合部と第2鉄筋嵌合部とを有
する鉄筋クリップを、予め副鉄筋に前記所定ピッチで配
設すると共に、前記各第1鉄筋嵌合部を副鉄筋の外周に
嵌合することで鉄筋クリップを副鉄筋に装着する第1工
程と、 前記鉄筋クリップを装着した複数本の副鉄筋を間隔をお
いて平行に平面的に配設すると共に、副鉄筋と直交する
方向に一列に並んだ鉄筋クリップの各列と前記主鉄筋と
を位置合わせする第2工程と、 各列の鉄筋クリップの第2鉄筋嵌合部に主鉄筋を嵌合す
ることで、主鉄筋を副鉄筋と鉄筋クリップを介して平面
的に保持する第3工程とを備えたことを特徴とする鉄筋
ユニットの組立方法。
