Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance anchoring properties and make a binder and a writing utensil less bulky in one piece and simply portable by providing uneven structures. SOLUTION: Uneven structures are provided on a clip 1 for a writing utensil and the uneven structures are preferably of a regularly cyclic pattern and can be of a round shape such as a corrugated structure, or an angular shape such as a serrated structure or of a mixed shape. In addition, the uneven structure can be provided only on the barrel 2 side of the writing utensil 3. The anchoring properties of the writing utensil 3 can be enhanced by insetting the writing utensil 3 to which the clip 1 for the writing utensil is attached, into a briefcase or a notebook. When the writing utensil 3 is insetted into the binding ring 4 of a binder 6, the binding ring 4 finds its way into the recessed parts of the clip 1 for the writing utensil 3 and thus the writing utensil 3 is fastened. When the binding ring 4 is of a larger diameter than the barrel 2 of the writing utensil 3, the barrel 2 is introduced into the inside of the binding ring 4 and the clip 1 for the writing utensil 3 is insetted into the binding ring 4 to make the binder 6 and the writing utensil 3 less bulky.

に挟めば、筆記具（３）の固着性は従来品よりはるかに

に筆記具（３）を挟み込む場合、筆記具用クリップ
